The Irwin 52 is the most successful and popular
cruising yacht of her size. Each cabin has a separate head with
lockers and drawers. Large V-berth is forward . Moving aft on the
port side is second guest stateroom with a large double berth and
in suite head w/shower. Across to starboard is the second guest
head and shower. The spacious salon offers L-shaped settee on port
side and 6ft.6" settee on starboard with T.V., stereo and built
in bar. One step down to large galley with double frig. and separate
large freezer, microwave/convection oven, Force 10 3-burner stove
w/oven. Aft to the owner's stateroom with centerline queen berth
and insuite head with separate shower stall. Port side fourth quarter
cabin has been converted to workshop/laundry room with washer/dryer,
trash compactor, tools and spare parts. Forward of this cabin is
Nav. station on port side of main salon.

Mast guard rails, separate below deck propane locker for 2-20lb.

chain backed by 200 ft. ¾" nylon rode. Second compartment
100 ft. of 3/8" BBB galvanized chain backed by 300 ft. ¾"

Large capacity 12 volt Galleymaid windlass with 3/8" gypsy
and separate line drum. Two 55 lb. Delta anchors on double bow rollers
"at the ready".
One 44 lb. Danforth high tensile with 50 ft. of chain and 300 ft.
of 5/8" nylon line. Dinghy anchor with chain and line.
